About Balika Regeneration
Balika Regeneration was founded by ASEAN architect Ronnie Yumang and Marison Yumang alongside their daughter Josette Margaux. Leaving behind the fast paced life of Manila, they embraced a regenerative lifestyle in the quiet town of Alfonso, Cavite. Through their work, an incremental change combining resurgence of age old artisanal crafts and tradition to create spaces that cothrive with other species. Their mission is to inspire others to reconnect with nature and adopt a way of living that restores and regenerates the earth for future generations.
Rammed Earth Construction
We trailblaze Rammed Earth construction in the Philippines. Since 2018, we have been dedicated to constructing, innovating, and refining this ancient building technique to suit the unique challenges of tropical climates. Over time, we’ve enhanced the process, developing a patented system that significantly improves its earthquake resistance, ensuring both durability and safety. Through years of dedication, we’ve cultivated a team of passionate artisans who are committed to preserving and advancing the heritage of earthen construction. We take great pride in creating exceptional works of rammed earth art, blending tradition with modern innovation to leave a lasting impact on the built environment.
